| Orders: | If you are interested in a piece you have seen on this site, contact me via the "Contact Me" page. Most of these pieces have been sold, are in Galleries or are a part of my private collection. Some of the pieces can be reproduced in the same color or a similar color. But because it is handmade, the size and color of glaze may vary, as it does with all handmade pottery. | |
| Shipping: | Orders are sent via the U. S. Postal Service, unless you prefer another shipping method. I will email you upon receiving an order, and if it is a piece that I can duplicate, I will give you the price and the approximate time of completion and shipping. I can only accept orders for very delicate sculptures that can be picked up. | |
| Refunds: | If you have an item to break in shipment please contact me within 1 week of delivery. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders. | |
| Payment: | After an order has been placed either through an email or on the phone, and a price has been quoted to you, you will receive an invoice from Paypal requesting funds to be sent to me. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to purchase an item. This is very secure and the most efficient way to receive credit card payments. You can charge ( through Paypal ) using -- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, and your bank card. Items will not be sent until payment transaction has taken place. You may also pay with check or money order. If you pay with a check, your order will be held for 10 days before it is sent until the check clears the bank. If you are coming to my studio for pick up, you may also pay by cash. Please do not send cash through the mail. | |
