Domestic Shipping - A fee is calculated for shipping based on the weight of each mold on the order form. If you are paying by credit card, the shipping charge will automatically be added to your order. Molds, in most cases, are sent via the US Postal Service. Large domestic orders will be sent by UPS, smaller orders are shipped by US Postal Service. If the shipping cost runs over the amount sent, the customer is billed for the balance using Paypal. Most small mold orders are shipped out within one week provided the molds are in stock. If the mold is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated arrival time, you may decide then to wait for the mold or to cancel your order. International Shipping - International orders are charged a minimum of $15 per mold for shipping. You will be sent a request from Paypal for the difference of the total shipping amount after the order is complete and payment has been accepted. | Refunds: | Refunds are not given on molds, kits or dolls. If you have had an item to break in shipping, you must call, or email me and let me know within one week of receiving the order. Replacement for the same item ordered will be made. If it is a handmade item, such as a doll or kit, replacement can not be made right away. | |

Can be made by: money order, check, or charging to Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card via Paypal. If you are coming to my studio for pick up, you may also pay by cash. But please do not send cash through the mail. You can place your order by phone or on the secure order form through my web site. After an order has been placed, you will receive an email from Paypal requesting funds to be sent to me. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to purchase an item. This is very secure and the most efficient way to receive credit card payments. Items will not be sent until payment transaction has taken place. For payment in the form of checks, there will be a 10 day waiting period for the check to clear the bank before orders are shipped. A $20.00 charge will be added for all return checks. Payment must be made before any order is shipped. International orders can be made by credit card through Paypal via my web site or with check drawn on US funds. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. |
