Ordering and Shipping Information

* PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING *

• PAYMENT  can be made by: money order, check, or charging to Visa or MasterCard via Paypal. You can place your order by phone or via my secure web site. A $20.00 charge will be added for all return checks. I have had bad luck with sending out orders and never receiving payment for them, so I no longer send orders out without receiving payment first. International orders can be made by charge card or with check drawn on US funds.  
   
• SHIPPING AND HANDLING
  • Domestic Shipping - A fee is calculated per mold for shipping on the order form. If you are paying by credit card, the shipping charge will automatically be added to your order. Molds, in most cases, are sent air mail, via the US Postal Service. Large domestic orders will be sent by UPS, smaller orders are shipped by US Postal Service. If the shipping cost runs over the amount sent, the customer is billed for the balance using Paypal. Most small mold orders are shipped out within one week provided the
    molds are in stock.
    
  • International Shipping - International orders are charged a minimum of $7 per mold. You will be sent a request from Paypal for the difference of the total shipping amount after the order is complete and payment has been accepted. Orders are sent by UP Postal Service usually within  one week provided the molds are in stock. If you have any questions about the shipping cost you may email me by using my contact page.
     
• REFUNDS are not given on molds, kits or dolls. If you have had an item to break in shipping, you must call, or email me and let me know within one week of receiving the order. Replacement for the same item ordered will be made. If it is a handmade item, such as a doll or kit, replacement can not be made right away.
   
• KITS -  If you are interested in purchasing kits, contact me to see which ones are available and the purchase price.
